Feedback and Support

We want you to continually develop your business and legal skills. You will receive regular and constructive feedback on your performance during your articles. At the same time, we value the objective feedback that our articled students can provide to us, as people new to the firm.

We conduct a formal evaluation twice during your articles. Every lawyer with whom a student works has the opportunity to evaluate his or her work performance. Each evaluation is then distilled into a personal review between student and principal. This review is a two-way process.

You will have every opportunity to discuss your work experience, and seek guidance in areas you wish to improve. And of course, as the year progresses, the lawyers with whom you work provide on-going feedback.
