Construction Group: Practice Profile
We advise developers, owners, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers on a wide range of construction-related legal matters and during all stages of the project, from design development to tendering to construction to resolution of any disputes. Our clients are involved in all manner of construction projects. We can help with issues that you may encounter during the project, including those relating to:
- the contracts with architects, engineers and other consultants,
- the tender documents and requests for proposals,
- the construction contract or design builder’s contract,
- construction bonds,
- insurance coverage,
- lenders concerns in the construction process,
- claims by unsuccessful bidders,
- claims for extras,
- delay claims, and
- lien claims.
In short, if you are involved in a construction project, your team should include legal counsel, and we can fill that role.
