• Creosote and other contamination at the former site of a wood preservation plant along the Fraser River, and related claims for allocation of clean-costs under the Waste Management Act, as well as claims under the Fisheries Act, Canadian Environmental Protection Act and other statutes;
  
• acid rock drainage from a former mine-site, effecting both fresh-water streams and the Strait of Georgia, as well as related Remediation Orders and civil claims under the W.M.A.;
