SUPREME COURT OF CANADA TO HEAR TERCON APPEAL

July 15, 2008

In late 2007, the BC Court of Appeal handed down an important decision against Tercon that helped to clarify the rules governing exclusion of liability clauses in bidding and tendering situations.

Late last week it was announced that Tercon was successful in convincing the Supreme Court of Canada that the case warranted scrutiny by the highest court in Canada.

We will keep you updated on further developments in this interesting case.
