Veronica Franco is a partner with the firm's Strata Property, Estate & Trust Litigation and Wealth Preservation Groups. She has acted for a variety of clients including strata corporations, property managers, commercial strata lot owners, as well as individuals in estate and trust disputes. She has appeared in all levels of court in British Columbia, including the Court of Appeal, as well as various administrative tribunals, including the Human Rights Tribunal.

Veronica has written various articles for Clark Wilson's publications, including STRATAgies and Your Estate Matters. In addition, she has contributed to Continuing Legal Education's BC Estate Planning and Wealth Preservation, Family Law Agreements and Annual Review of Law. She has also authored three chapters in the BC Strata Property Practice Manual (Collections, Finances and Human Rights) and presented seminars and contributed articles to the Condominium Homeowner's Association, Professional Association of Managing Agents, Canadian Condominium Institute, Pacific Condominium Association of BC and Canadian Property Management.

Representing strata corporations in the litigation, arbitration and mediation of diverse condominium disputes including collection matters, bylaw enforcement, injunctions, the appointment of administrators and human rights claims, and the defence of various claims regarding governance issues by individual owners.

Assisting strata corporations with preparing bylaws, resolutions, opinions and interpretations of the Strata Property Act in order to ensure the orderly administration and governance of strata corporations.

Representing parties in Wills Variation Actions and Trust Claims.
