Sarah Jones is an associate with the firm's Commercial Real Estate, Municipal Law and Environmental Law Groups.
Sarah's practice focuses on commercial real estate development, including acquisitions, subdivisions, and dispositions of real property, with an emphasis on residential, mixed-use and commercial project development.
Sarah obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree, First Class, in 2002 and her Bachelor of Laws degree in 2005, both from the University of British Columbia. She was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2006.

Developers in connection with strata-titled residential, retail and mixed-use projects, including preparation of disclosure statements and related documentation for large residential and mixed-use residential and commercial developments in BC, including Vancouver, Richmond, Burnaby, North Vancouver, Delta, Port Coquitlam, Pitt Meadows, Kelowna, and Whistler.
Developers in connection with the marketing of foreign condominium and mixed-use projects within BC, including preparation of disclosure statements and related documentation.
Developers in connection with municipal approvals, land purchases, subdivisions and road dedications, and servicing arrangements.
Purchasers and vendors on acquisitions and dispositions, respectively, of development sites and income properties.
Developers and purchasers in connection with negotiation and preparation of purchase agreements and municipal development agreements, including easements, statutory rights of way and covenants.
Developers in connection with development approvals on contaminated sites.
Purchasers with respect to review of and providing reports on title, including zoning issues, and reports with respect to other due diligence matters.
Landlords in respect of drafting, negotiation, review and amendment of commercial leases.
