Jennifer Loeb is an associate with the firm's Insurance, Environmental Law, Construction & Procurement, and Higher Learning Groups.

Jennifer's practice focuses on insurance and environmental law. She has experience in a wide variety of areas including: representing individual and corporate clients in defence of personal injury claims, including orthopaedic and brain injuries; defence of property claims, including cargo damage and environmental damage; environmental clean-up litigation; matters relating to environmental assessments; contract disputes; and drafting agreements.

She has significant experience in Chambers, has conducted Provincial and Supreme Court trials, and has assisted senior counsel in matters before the Supreme Court.

Following law school Jennifer completed a fellowship with the World Wildlife Fund in Washington, D.C., working with the director of marine policy. Jennifer then worked for BC Hydro conducting legal research and attending negotiations associated with property rights and aboriginal title.

Jennifer obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Certificate in Natural Resources Law from the University of British Columbia in 2003. She was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 2007.
