Mark Longo is a partner of the firm and a member of the Technology, Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Finance & Securities Groups.

Mark has served in senior executive, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary capacities for a number of international technology companies, including most recently as Vice President Corporate Development, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary of Intrinsyc Software International Inc., a leading international provider of software solutions for mobile devices headquartered in Vancouver.

Mark previously served as Vice President Business Development, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary of Datawire Communication Networks Inc., a privately held company that provided Internet transaction delivery network services to the payment processing market. Mark was lead counsel and a member of the negotiation team in the 2007 sale of Datawire to First Data Corporation. Mark also served as General Counsel and in various executive roles at Star Data Systems Inc., a TSX-listed company that provided real-time information services and transaction processing software to the financial services industry.

Through this experience, Mark brings a practical skill set and business perspective that are invaluable in advising multinational technology clients throughout the entire life cycle of their companies, from start up through to exit.

Mark earned a Masters of Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario in 2001, and an LL.B. from Queen's University in 1992.
