Ethan Minsky is a partner of the firm and a member of the Corporate Finance & Securities Group and its U.S. Practice Group.

Ethan practices both U.S. and Canadian corporate and securities law for private companies and for reporting companies listed on U.S. and Canadian stock exchanges, including the Toronto Stock Exchange, the TSX Venture Exchange, the American Stock Exchange and the U.S. over the counter markets. His practice includes corporate and securities transactions as well as regulatory matters, including corporate reorganizations, equity and debt financings, reverse takeovers, asset and share purchases, mergers and other acquisitions, stock exchange listings, continuous disclosure obligations and corporate governance matters, including both friendly and hostile shareholder actions.

Prior to joining Clark Wilson, he practiced real estate development and general commercial law in the Miami, Florida office of a prominent New York law firm and has over 15 years of experience practicing law in the United States.

Ethan obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from Antioch College in Yellow Springs, Ohio in 1978 and his Juris Doctor degree from Antioch School of Law in Washington, DC in 1981.
