Conrad Nest is a partner of the firm and a member of the Corporate Finance & Securities and United States Law Groups. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and cross-border securities transactions.

Conrad acts for issuers trading on stock exchanges in the U.S. and Canada (Nasdaq, NYSE, TSX, TSX Venture Exchange, CNSX, OTC QX, OTC QB, and OTC BB), on a variety of matters related to public and private offerings, including offerings made pursuant to Regulation S, Regulation D and Rule 144A. He also advises a broad range of clients based in the U.S. and Canada on takeover bids, mergers and acquisitions, and ongoing corporate and securities law compliance, including compliance with the Sarbanes Oxley Act of 2002 and the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act 2010.

Prior to joining Clark Wilson LLP, Conrad practiced with the Vancouver office of a national law firm and a boutique law firm specializing in U.S. securities law. Conrad obtained a B.A. degree from the University of British Columbia in 1995 and an LL.B. degree from the University of Victoria in 2000.
