Jun Ho Song is an associate with the firm's Corporate Finance & Securities and United States Law Groups.

His practice focuses on U.S. and Canadian corporate finance and securities transactions. He frequently deals with issues relating to cross-border public or private offerings under both U.S. and Canadian corporate and securities laws.

Jun Ho received his Bachelor of Arts, Economics, from the University of California, Berkeley in 2002, his Juris Doctorate from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas - William S. Boyd School of Law in 2005, and his Master of Laws, Transnational Business Practice, from the University of the Pacific – McGeorge School of Law in 2006.

He was admitted to the California State Bar in January 2006, the New York State Bar in June 2006, the Nevada State Bar in November 2007, and called to the British Columbia Bar in June 2008.
