Shauna Towriss is an associate with the firm's Commercial Real Estate, Corporate & Commercial, Private Company Transactions and Energy & Natural Resources Groups.

Shauna's practice involves assisting clients in the areas of real estate acquisitions, dispositions and financing, commercial real estate development, and assisting various private entities to raise equity through offering memoranda in limited partnership and trust structures for a variety of investment and development projects. Shauna provides advice to clients on an ongoing basis with respect to corporate structuring, incorporations and reorganization, and assists with the negotiation and drafting of a wide variety of corporate agreements.

Shauna received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Philosophy from Simon Fraser University in 2001 and obtained her Bachelor of Laws from the University of British Columbia in 2005. From 2005-2006, Shauna was employed as a Judicial Law Clerk at the BC Court of Appeal, assisting judges with legal research. Shauna was called to the Bar of British Columbia in November 2006.
