Michelle Tribe is an associate with the firm's Business Litigation, Class Actions, Estate & Trust Litigation and Wealth Preservation Groups.

Michelle represents clients in complex litigation matters including class proceedings, product liability, environmental claims, aviation claims, professional negligence, contract disputes, insurance coverage, construction claims, property damage, property claims, committeeship work and trust claims. She has chambers and trial experience in the British Columbia Provincial Court, the British Columbia Supreme Court and the British Columbia Court of Appeal. She also participates in mediations and settlement negotiations.

Michelle earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree, Honours, from the University of British Columbia in 1995 and her Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Saskatchewan in 2000. She was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 2001.
