Kyle Wilson is an associate with the firm's Commercial Real Estate and Corporate & Commercial Groups.

Kyle's practice involves all aspects of commercial real estate development and related corporate matters. He advises clients on site acquisitions and assembly, consolidations and subdivisions, dispositions, development, and leasing. He also reviews and drafts commercial leases, lease renewals and a variety of commercial agreements.

He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in 2002 and his Bachelor of Laws degree in 2006, both from the University of British Columbia. While studying law Kyle was awarded the prize for Academic Achievement in Corporate Transactions. He was called to the Bar of British Columbia in May 2007.

Acting for developers in connection with the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties and site acquisition for residential and mixed-use development projects.

Acting for developers in connection with site acquisitions and land assembly, and all consolidation, subdivision and development related matters including preparing easements, statutory rights of way and covenants.

Representing both landlords and tenants in lease preparation and negotiations in retail, office and industrial leasing transactions.

Acting for developers in connection with their development of residential, retail and mixed-use projects, including preparing disclosure statements, presale purchase agreements and related documentation for large residential and mixed-use residential and commercial developments in British Columbia.

Advising clients in a variety of corporate matters involving commercial, residential, mixed-use and industrial real estate projects.
