Warren Brazier is Chair of the firm's Energy & Natural Resources Practice Group. He is also a member of the Corporate & Commercial and Commercial Real Estate Groups. His practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, with a specialty in energy (electricity) projects and climate change matters in British Columbia. Warren’s practice includes acting for developers, First Nations, financiers and other industry stakeholders.

Warren is a founder and regular contributor to Megawatt (www.bcenergyblog.com), a British Columbia renewable energy law blog.

Warren joined the firm in 2005, having practiced corporate and commercial real estate law at two national law firms, as well as serving as in-house counsel at the world headquarters of a leading public company in the technology sector.

In 2009, Warren was appointed to the Provincial Government's Green Energy Advisory Task Force and formed part of the carbon pricing, carbon trading and export market development group.

Warren received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1992 from the University of Western Ontario and his Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Whittier College School of Law (Los Angeles, CA) in 1996. Warren is a member of both the State Bar of California (1996) and Law Society of British Columbia (1998).
