Angela Blake is an associate with the firm's Corporate Finance & Securities Group. Her transactional experience includes assisting publicly listed and private companies with private placements, reverse takeovers, business acquisitions, asset and share purchases, corporate reorganizations, qualifying transactions for capital pool companies and cross-border transactions.

Angela also advises Canadian and U.S. public companies with respect to regulatory compliance, corporate governance and continuous disclosure requirements and has advised companies with respect to listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange and the TSX Venture Exchange.

Angela received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Victoria in 2003 and obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of British Columbia in 2007. She was called to the Bar of British Columbia in August 2008.
