Victor Dudas is an associate with the firm's Corporate Finance & Securities Group.

He advises public and private companies on a variety of matters, including private placements, reverse takeovers, asset and share purchases, corporate reorganizations, qualifying transactions for capital pool companies and general corporate and commercial matters. He also advises Canadian and U.S. public companies with respect to regulatory compliance, corporate governance and continuous disclosure requirements.

Victor received his Bachelor of Science degree with a major in physics from Thompson Rivers University in 2005. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of British Columbia in 2009 with a concentration in business law, and was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 2010.
