Rachelle Mezzarobba is an associate with the firm's Commercial Real Estate, Commercial Lending, Corporate and Commercial Law, and Private Company Transactions Groups.

Rachelle received her Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of British Columbia in 2004 and obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Alberta in 2009. She joined Clark Wilson for her articles in September 2009 and was called to the British Columbia Bar in August 2010.

Assisting with the acquisition, sale and/or financing of various commercial real estate properties and a variety of businesses.

Reviewing and drafting commercial leases and lease renewals.

Reviewing and drafting a wide variety of corporate and commercial agreements, including shareholders agreements, subscription agreements, restrictive covenants and non-competition/solicitation agreements.

Assisting on corporate and commercial aspects of tax related transactions.

Researching and preparing opinions on various topics in commercial, real estate and lending law.

Acting for corporations and business owners on incorporations, corporate structuring, reorganizations, restructuring and amalgamations.
