Peter Ferrari is an associate of the firm and a member of the Private Company Transactions and Commercial Lending Groups.

Peter takes pride in providing strategic yet thoroughly practical legal advice to his clients, working closely with them to explore business opportunities and address potential obstacles. He acts for established and emerging entrepreneurs, small to medium sized businesses, as well as large financial institutions. He has significant experience with multi-million dollar transactions, commercial mortgage construction financing, share and asset acquisitions and dispositions, and residential and commercial transactions. Peter represents institutional lenders on regional and multi-jurisdictional commercial lending facilities, and has negotiated and drafted numerous corporate and transactional agreements. In addition, he handles corporate reorganizations and restructurings, including capital restructurings, windups, amalgamations, estate freezes and rollovers.

Peter graduated with his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Saskatchewan in 2004, having received his Bachelor of Commerce there in 2001. He was recently listed in The Vancouver Sun's Legal Post guide to leading lawyers in Vancouver. Peter was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2005.
