Raman Johal is an associate with the firm's Estate & Trust Litigation and Wealth Preservation Practice Groups and Insurance Group.

Prior to joining Clark Wilson, Raman practised at a civil litigation boutique law firm in Vancouver, where she focused on personal injury defence for large insurers while also maintaining an estate litigation practice. Her estate law experience includes drafting wills, obtaining Committeeship Orders, and undue influence and Wills Variation Act claims.

She has attended in all levels of British Columbia Courts.

Raman also has experience representing refugee claimants seeking asylum in Canada and former residential school students advancing historical sexual and physical abuse claims. Raman has also worked as a researcher for an international organization in South Africa.

Raman graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Arts in 2002, receiving her Bachelor of Laws there in 2004. Fluent in French and Punjabi, she was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 2007.
