Nafeesa Valli-Hasham is an associate with the firm's Corporate Finance & Securities Group.

Nafeesa advises public and private companies and securities brokerage firms on initial public offerings, private placements, reverse takeovers, asset and share purchases, corporate reorganizations, mergers & acquisitions, qualifying transactions for capital pool companies, listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange and TSX Venture Exchange, and general corporate and commercial matters. She also assists Canadian and U.S. public companies with regulatory compliance, corporate governance, insider reporting obligations and continuous disclosure requirements.

Nafeesa obtained her combined Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in History and International & Comparative Studies from the University of Western Ontario in 2005 and her Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of British Columbia in 2008. She was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 2009.

Nafeesa is active in her local community, and enjoys volunteering her time for non-profit organizations and charities.
