Parvinder Hardwick is an associate with the firm's Commercial Real Estate and Municipal Law Groups.

Parvinder advises clients on a broad range of issues including real estate development, land use, planning, corporate/commercial, elections, bylaws and expropriations.

She obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in 2002 and her Bachelor of Laws degree in 2006, both from the University of Victoria. She was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2007, and practised with a boutique municipal law firm in Vancouver for several years. Immediately prior to joining Clark Wilson, she interned at the Legal Resources Centre, a human rights legal organization in Johannesburg, South Africa, for seven months as a part of the Canadian Bar Association's Young Lawyers International Program.
