Christina Kim is an associate with the firm's Construction & Procurement and Commercial Real Estate Groups.

Christina is developing a corporate-commercial law practice with a focus on competitive procurement, construction and commercial real estate law. Prior to joining Clark Wilson, Christina practiced corporate-commercial law at the Toronto office of a national law firm with an emphasis on project finance and infrastructure projects.

She has been published in The Legal Edge, and has co-presented on the topic of competitive procurement rules and requirements for public authorities.

Christina obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 2005 from the University of British Columbia and her Bachelor of Laws degree in 2008 from the University of Toronto. She was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2011.

Assisting with the purchase and sale of businesses by overseeing due diligence, managing document production, and reviewing and drafting documents including purchase and sale agreements, borrowing and security instruments, disclosure statements, intellectual property agreements and corporate authorizations.

Reviewing and drafting competitive tendering documents and agreements for public institutions.

Assisting with the preparation of construction and construction management-related agreements.

Reviewing and drafting commercial leases, lease renewals and amendments, priority agreements, caveats and non-disturbance agreements.

Researching and advising on general corporate-commercial matters.
