We advise members of the public on issues relating to personal injury, including slips and falls, motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, etc. Focus is on serious personal injury, including paralysis and brain damage , but our group provides advice and service for the entire range of injuries in addition to handling all aspects of litigation including Discoveries, trials and appeals. We will actively monitor the client's rehabilitation and will ensure that expertise is provided in all fields necessary to properly assess the claim. This will include neuropsychological assessments, vocational assessments, physical capacity evaluations, economic assessments of income loss, rehabilitation consulting etc. We have access to and experience with a broad range of experts, including architects, economists, accountants, rehabilitation consultants, medical experts and engineers.
