Aaron Singer is a partner with Clark Wilson LLP’s Business Law Group. He is the managing lawyer of our Corporate Services Department and the Chair of Clark Wilson’s Corporate & Commercial and Private Company Transactions Groups.

Aaron's practice focuses on providing general counsel to private commercial enterprises with a particular emphasis on business acquisitions and dispositions, the formation and financing of business ventures and ownership agreements. He also practices in the area of commercial real estate with an emphasis on purchase and sale transactions.

Aaron has acted as counsel in numerous multi-jurisdictional transactions including several cross-border transactions involving foreign purchasers. He regularly advises small, medium and large enterprises on general corporate and commercial matters on an ongoing basis. His experience spans a variety of industries, including aviation, manufacturing, technology, construction, financial services, food processing, professional services, retail and transportation.

Aaron received his LL.B. from the University of British Columbia. He was called to the British Columbia Bar in 1998 and joined Clark Wilson in 1999.
