Representative Work

Anna represents individual and corporate parties in litigation matters. Her experience includes commercial lease disputes, real estate disputes, shareholder and director disputes, employment matters (wrongful dismissal claims and statutory obligations), builders liens and other construction claims, environmental claims and collection matters.

Anna Sekunova is an associate with Clark Wilson LLP's Business Litigation and Construction Practice Groups.

Anna is fluent in Russian and Ukrainian. She obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree in 2005 from the University of British Columbia.

Anna was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2006. Prior to joining Clark Wilson, Anna practiced with a Vancouver-based law firm in the areas of general civil and commercial litigation. Anna also has a wide range of experience handling claims involving employment, insurance, builders liens and debt collection.

In her spare time Anna enjoys dancing, hiking and windsurfing.
