Representative Work Angela’s transactional experience includes assisting publicly listed and private companies with private placements, reverse takeovers, business acquisitions, asset and share purchases, corporate reorganizations, qualifying transactions for capital pool companies and cross-border transactions. She also advises Canadian and U.S. public companies with respect to regulatory compliance, corporate governance and continuous disclosure requirements and has advised companies with respect to listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange and the TSX Venture Exchange.
