Business Litigation. Representative Work Represents clients in complex litigation matters. Experience includes class proceedings, product liability, environmental claims, aviation claims, professional negligence, contract disputes, insurance coverage, construction claims, property damage and property claims. Chambers and trial experience in British Columbia Provincial Court, British Columbia Supreme Court and British Columbia Court of Appeal. Participates in mediations and settlement negotiations. Profile Michelle Tribe is an associate with Clark Wilson LLP’s and is a member of the firm's Business Litigation group. Previously, Michelle worked as an associate for a Vancouver-based law firm, specializing in litigation practice that focused on insurance defence work, with an emphasis on professional negligence, hospitals' defence, dental defence, leaky condominiums, personal injury and class proceedings. Michelle earned her Bachelor of Arts degree (Honours) from the University of British Columbia in 1995 and her Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Saskatchewan in 2000. She was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 2001. Michelle enjoys several activities outside of practising law. For several years, Michelle was a world ranked equestrian with the American Quarter Horse Association. Prior to becoming a competitive equestrian, Michelle was also a downhill ski racer with the Nancy Green program. Michelle continues to ride horses and is also an avid scuba diver and volunteer within her community.
