Has acted for various public and private companies in the mining, technology, and industrial sectors on a variety of matters, including cross-border financings, public and private offerings, stock exchange listings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance matters and compliance with continuous disclosure requirements in the U.S. and Canada.

Conrad Nest is an associate with Clark Wilson LLP and a member of its Corporate Finance / Securities Law Group. Prior to joining Clark Wilson, Conrad practiced with the Vancouver office of a national law firm and a boutique law firm specializing in U.S. securities law.

Conrad obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree (History) from the University of British Columbia in 1995 and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Victoria in 2000.
