Representative Work Representing individual and corporate clients in commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, negligence claims, shareholder and director disputes, real estate disputes and collection matters. Defending Canadian and American insurance companies and their insureds, including motor vehicle owners and drivers. Providing insurance coverage advice to insurers and insureds on various coverage issues, as well as acting for insurers in coverage disputes. Prosecuting subrogated claims on behalf of insurance companies. Profile David is an associate with Clark Wilson LLP's Business Litigation and Insurance Practice Groups. David received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in 2003 and his Bachelor of Laws Degree in 2007, both from the University of British Columbia. After completing his legal studies, David was employed for 12 months as a Judicial Law Clerk at the BC Supreme Court, where he assisted seven Supreme Court Justices with legal research and writing. David was employed with Clark Wilson as a summer articled student in 2006 and he returned to Clark Wilson for his full articles in August 2008.
