Representing minority shareholders in a lengthy shareholder's dispute. Profile John Fiddick is a partner of Clark Wilson LLP and a member of the Business Litigation Practice Group. John has appeared at all levels of court in BC and has presented a number of seminars and lectures, such as Collections for Legal Support Staff and Powerful Collections Practice for the Continuing Legal Education series and an annual lecture to the Creditors' Remedies Class at The University of British Columbia. He has also conducted in-house seminars for clients and potential clients. Along with Bill Holder, John has completed work on the Annotated British Columbia Court Order Enforcement Act, which has been published by Canada Law Book and Western Legal Publications. He has written two chapters for the Annotated Guide to Creditors Remedies for CLE. John is also the Editor of Clark Wilson LLP's The Full Court Press newsletter. John obtained his Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen’s University in 1989 and Bachelor of Laws from The University of British Columbia in 1992.
