Profile David is a member of the firm's Commercial Lending, Commercial Real Estate and Corporate/ Commercial Practice Groups. David represents conventional, equity and mezzanine lenders and merchant bankers in the structuring and securitization of loan transactions and has extensive experience in the financing of a wide range of commercial interests. He also acts for real estate clients in connection with the acquisition, development, leasing and disposition of commercial real estate. David obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of British Columbia in 1972. He co-edits and contributes to the Annotated Real Estate Lending Precedents for the Continuing Legal Education Society of B.C. He also authored Equity Mortgages for The Canadian Institute (1994).
