Ethan Minsky is a partner with Clark Wilson LLP and a member of the firm's Corporate Finance / Securities Department.

Prior to joining Clark Wilson LLP, Ethan practiced real estate development and general commercial law in the Miami, Florida office of a prominent New York law firm. He has over 15 years of experience practicing law in the United States. Since joining Clark Wilson LLP, Ethan has focused on the US corporate finance and transactional needs of the firm's clients.

Ethan obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from Antioch College in Yellow Springs, Ohio in 1978 and his Juris Doctor degree from Antioch School of Law in Washington, DC in 1981.
