Profile Jonathan Lotz is an associate with Clark Wilson LLP and is a member of its Corporate Finance / Securities and Energy & Natural Resources Practice Groups. Jonathan has acted for public and private companies on a variety of matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings (including public and private, debt and equity and cross-border offerings) and reorganizations. He has advised clients on public company disclosure requirements, stock exchange practice and IDA compliance.
