Profile

Jonathan Lotz practices in our Corporate Finance / Securities, Energy & Natural Resources and United States Law Practice Groups. His practice is broadly-based with an emphasis on corporate financings, cross-border transactions and corporate acquisitions and dispositions in the resource sector. Jonathan obtained his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia in 1998 and his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of British Columbia in 2001. He was called to the British Columbia Bar in September 2002 and the New York Bar in June 2009.
