Jun Ho’s practice focuses on U.S., Canadian and cross-border corporate finance, securities, transactional and continuous disclosure requirements.

He has provided counsel on U.S. and Canadian continuous disclosure obligations, corporate governance and regulatory compliance.

Jun Ho has advised companies on issues relating to private securities offerings, initial public offerings and regulatory requirements under the United States federal securities laws and state blue sky Laws.

He has assisted companies wishing to list on NYSE, NASDAQ, AMEX and TSX.

Jun Ho Song is an associate with Clark Wilson LLP’s Corporate Finance / Securities Practice Group.

He received his Bachelor of Arts (Economics) degree from University of California, Berkeley in 2002; his Juris Doctorate from University of Nevada, Las Vegas - William S. Boyd School of Law in 2005; and his Master of Laws (Transnational Business Practice) from University of the Pacific – McGeorge School of Law in 2006.

Jun Ho was admitted to the California State Bar in January 2006, the New York State Bar in June 2006, the Nevada State Bar in November 2007, and called to the British Columbia Bar in June 2008.
