Profile Kari Richardson is an associate with Clark Wilson LLP's Corporate Finance / Securities Group. Kari obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1992 from the University of Western Ontario and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of British Columbia in 1996. She was called to the Bar of New Brunswick in 1997 and worked as a Foreign Service Officer with the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade for six years. Her work at Foreign Affairs included a posting at the Canadian High Commission in Cameroon as the Political and Economic Programme Manager and Vice Consul. Kari speaks, reads and writes French fluently. She was admitted to the New Brunswick Bar in 1997 and the British Columbia Bar in 2005.
