Larry Munn is the Chair of Clark Wilson LLP’s Privacy Law Group and a member of the Business Litigation, Intellectual Property and Insurance Law Groups. In these areas, his practice is focused on regulatory issues and complex litigation.

Mr. Munn provides advice on freedom of information, privacy and personal information. He is working with clients in the private sector to assess their privacy policies and implement proper procedures and guidelines.

Mr. Munn's business litigation practice focuses on wide variety of commercial matters, with particular emphasis on trade-mark and licensing issues. Recent assignments include a complex trade-mark dispute and ongoing advice regarding the development of an extensive trade-mark program.

Mr. Munn’s insurance practice includes the defence of products liability, bodily injury and property claims, as well as complex coverage disputes. He also provides advice to insurance clients regarding the regulation of the insurance industry at both the federal and provincial levels.

Mr. Munn has both a Diploma in Legislative Drafting and an LL.M. from the University of Ottawa. He received his LL.B. from McGill University. Before moving to Vancouver and joining Clark Wilson LLP, he practiced with a major Toronto firm.

Author of Privacy Guidelines to assist strata property managers, strata councils, landlords and those in the real estate development industry to comply with Privacy Legislation.
