Profile Michal Jaworski is an associate with Clark Wilson LLP and a member of the firm's Corporate and Commercial, Construction, Higher Learning and Commercial Real Estate Practice Groups. He has published several articles concerning construction law in Legal Framework and the Journal of Commerce. Michal received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of British Columbia in 2000. He attended the University of Alberta Faculty of Law for his first year of law school before transferring to the University of British Columbia Faculty of Law. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws from the University of British Columbia in 2005. While studying law at the University of Alberta, Michal was a member of the Dean's List and was offered the Chief Justice S. Bruce Smith Award for achieving the highest standing in first year. Michal was employed with Clark Wilson as a summer articled student in 2004 and he returned to Clark Wilson for his full articles in August 2005.
