Niamh advises on a wide range of intellectual property matters including technology development, licensing, commercialization and distribution, digital media (video gaming and virtual worlds), privacy law, intellectual property licensing, trade-mark and copyright law, e-commerce and domain name disputes.

Niamh is an associate with Clark Wilson LLP's Technology & Intellectual Property and Higher Learning Practice Groups.

She was educated at University College Dublin, the Dublin Institute of Technology and the Law Society of Ireland. Prior to moving to Canada, Niamh practised law in Dublin with one of Ireland's leading law firms. Niamh also worked as in-house counsel for an Irish government agency specialising in technology infrastructure.

Niamh was called to the British Columbia Bar in November 2007.

She is a regular contributor to the Canadian Trademark Blog.
