Civil and Commercial Litigation. Representative Work Represents individual and corporate clients at both the Provincial Court and Supreme Court levels. Represents insurance companies in various claims, including construction deficiency claims. Represents parties in contractual disputes. Profile Brad Kielmann is an associate in Clark Wilson LLP's litigation department. Brad has appeared in the Provincial and Supreme Courts of British Columbia. He also has experience in mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution. Brad earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree at the University of British Columbia in 2002 and earned his Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Manitoba in 2006. While studying at the University of British Columbia, Brad was awarded the Billy Moroz Award for Unselfish Leadership and Commitment from the UBC Varsity Hockey Team. While studying law at the University of Manitoba, Brad was awarded the Shelley M. Weiss Memorial Scholarship for demonstration of superior writing skills and scholarly contribution to the Manitoba Law Journal. Brad began summer articles at Clark Wilson LLP following his second year of law school, and returned to Clark Wilson LLP for full articles commencing in May 2006. Brad was called to the Bar of British Columbia in May 2007.
