Business Litigation with an emphasis on Insurance and Construction Law.

Representing the insurance industry in various respects including defending products liability and injury claims and providing coverage advise.

Representing clients in construction related matters involving liens and construction deficiencies.

Conducting Provincial and Supreme court trials and assisting senior counsel on matters before the Court of Appeal. Representing clients at mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.

Satinder Sidhu is an associate with Clark Wilson LLP’s Business Litigation Practice Group.

Satinder earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History in 2000, and a Bachelor of Laws degree in 2003, both from The University of British Columbia. While attending law school, Satinder was awarded the Mediation Advocacy Prize and the Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada's Dispute Resolution Award in Law Studies. She was called to the Bar of British Columbia in May 2004.
