Representing employers and employees in constructive and wrongful dismissal actions, actions with respect to the enforcement of post termination agreements, and drafting employment contracts.

Valerie Dixon is an associate with Clark Wilson LLP and is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department.

Valerie earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice at The University College of the Fraser Valley in 2000 and earned her Bachelor of Laws Degree from The University of British Columbia in 2003.

She began summer articles at Clark Wilson LLP following her second year of law school, and returned to Clark Wilson LLP for full articles commencing in September 2003. Valerie was called to the Bar of British Columbia in June 2004.
