Corporate Finance and Securities. Profile Vikram Dhir is an associate with Clark Wilson LLP and a member of its Corporate Finance and Securities Department. Prior to joining Clark Wilson LLP, Vikram completed his articles with a national law firm in Calgary, Alberta. His corporate law background includes junior level experience with corporate finance, securities and asset acquisitions. Vikram obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (Accounting) degree in 1999 from Simon Fraser University and a Bachelor of Laws degree in 2004 from the University of Calgary. He also completed the Canadian Securities Course in 2001. Vikram was called to the Alberta Bar in August 2005 and the British Columbia Bar in December 2005.
