Profile

William Holder is a partner of Clark Wilson LLP and in charge of the Litigation Department.

Mr. Holder has handled many complex cases involving large collections and the enforcement of foreign judgments. He serves as lead counsel in British Columbia for several major landlords including shopping centres and property developers. He has served as an instructor in the highly subscribed Trial Advocacy seminar offered by the Continuing Legal Education Society in BC. He is the author of the Annotated British Columbia Court Order Enforcement Act, published by Canada Law Book and Western Legal Publications.

He obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from The University of British Columbia in 1980.
