Representative Work Commercial Real Estate: Advising on acquisitions and dispositions of commercial real estate, including office towers, shopping centres, retail developments, apartment buildings, hotels, golf courses and marinas. Acting for developers of commercial, residential and mixed-use projects. Acting for both landlords and tenants on office, retail, shopping centre and industrial ground leases and leases of First Nations land. Advising on general real estate matters including title, zoning, subdivision and strata property issues. Corporate/Commercial: Advising on general commercial matters, including the purchase and sale, leasing and operation of commercial aircraft, the purchase and sale and leasing of business equipment, and general business operations. Acting for buyers and sellers of small, medium and large sized businesses, on both asset and share purchase transactions. Experience with international corporate transactions. Acting for companies in the aeronautic, telecommunication and information technology industries. Advising companies on loan and security interests in various industries. Energy & Natural Resources: Advising independent power producers on energy and natural resource matters, with a focus on and interest in renewable energy in British Columbia. Advising on general energy and natural resource matters in British Columbia , including wind energy and oil and gas. Advising on the purchase and sale of natural resource project facilities in British Columbia. Profile Warren Brazier is an associate at Clark Wilson LLP and a member of its Commercial Real Estate Practice Group and Co-Chair of its Energy & Natural Resources Practice Group. Warren joined the firm in 2005 having practiced at two national law firms and in-house at the world headquarters of a leading public company in the technology sector. Warren received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1992 from the University of Western Ontario and his Juris Doctor degree from Whittier College School of Law (Los Angeles, CA) in 1996. Warren is a member of both the State Bar of California (1996) and Law Society of British Columbia (1998).
