Our technical knowledge of and experience with the Companies Creditors Arrangement Act, the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, and other relevant Federal and Provincial legislation, combined with our deep experience with insolvency and restructuring proceedings, will ensure that your interests are well-represented.
