• Guidance on all aspects of the Personal Property Security Act (British Columbia), Bank Act (Canada), Strata Property Act (British Columbia), Real Estate Act (British Columbia), Land Title Act (British Columbia), Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act (British Columbia) and other legislation relating to commercial lending and real estate matters.
