Manager of Office Services and Premises

As the Manager of Office Services and Premises, Erika leads our Central and Host Services, Records Management, and Front Desk teams to provide effective and efficient support for the entire firm.

Erika joined Clark Wilson in 2021 with over a decade of progressive office management experience within the professional services industry. Her strong administrative background, dovetailed with her practical human resources experience, allows her to anticipate the needs of the team and work collaboratively with both individuals and suppliers.

In collaboration with the management team, Erika’s primary responsibility is to ensure the seamless operation of our offices and backend processes. A sampling of these activities include overseeing firm-wide projects such as procurement and purchasing, budget allocation and management, equipment and facility maintenance, as well as supervising external service providers and projects.

Erika holds certificates from Mount Royal University in Human Resources Management, Management Development, and Pillars of Management. She is chair to the BC Legal Management Association’s Facilities and Service Management subsection.
