Due to the deeply personal nature of family law, clients prefer to have their matters attended to expediently in a cost-effective and discreet manner.

Laura enjoys the process of supporting clients with honesty and professionalism through often one of the most difficult times of their lives. Laura’s sense of empathy and compassion translates through both her professional and volunteer work, making her a natural fit for our family law practice. Under the guidance of our senior lawyers, Laura enjoys the process of articulating clients’ legal challenges and examining their needs to help execute holistic solutions.

Prior to law school, Laura graduated with honours from the University of Vienna with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. The difficulty of learning a new language and integrating into a new culture provided her with the confidence to thrive in challenging environments. It was here that she strengthened her intercultural communication and organizational skills, along with the ability to thrive under pressure.

These attributes, combined with Laura’s strong work ethic, attention to detail, perseverance, and her commitment to lifelong learning make her a passionate and tenacious advocate for our clients.

As a bilingual practitioner, Laura can assist our clients in both English and Spanish.
